All payments are processed through PayPal. Your credit card payment information is not added to this site. All payment information is processed through a secure encrypted site. PJS does not have access to any of your payment information.
You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment.
You can also sign up for PayPal Credit to have the option of making your payments over time.
Plain Jane Stuff now accepts payments from PayPal Credit.

We use US Postal Service, FEDEX & FEDEX SMARTPOST to ship your order.
When you Checkout, in the SHIPPING FIELD please add BOTH your street address & PO Box information if your order is to be shipped to a PO BOX.

During any of the holiday seasons, PJS cannot guarantee shipping times, so please order early. PJS is here to assist you if you have questions so please ask before placing your order.
Condition Of Items
Because of the nature of my country, rustic and primitive items they will often show intentional visible imperfections. This will be part of the natural look of the country rustic and primitive decor I offer. The doll clothes are made from primitive fabric that is carefully selected for each doll. The edges are left tattered and most are aged. The fabric for your doll may vary from the picture shown. Please let us know if you have a color preference. Items can/will have scratches, distressing, dents, cracks, stains, faded colors, cracks or knots in the wood and rust on some of the tin ware and metal ware. Colors offered on all items may show differences from one monitor to another monitor due to the operating system being used.
Orders are placed immediately unless there is a need to contact the customer. Placing your order with my supplier quickly will allow you to receive your item(s) quicker so you can start enjoying them sooner. All handmade item cancellations will be at the discretion of the supplier. Should you choose to cancel your order, the process may have already started or your order may have been shipped. If already shipped cancellation will not be possible. All cancellations for handmade items will be at the discretion of the supplier. If the order has shipped and you still want to cancel you must contact PJS prior to returning your item. You will be responsible for the restocking fee of 25% when returned. Item must be returned in the same shipping manner as when received (USPS, FedEx, UPS). The item will be inspected, if the item is in the same condition as when shipped you will then be issued a refund minus the 25% restocking fees.
Any order refused by the customer will be charged a 25% restock fee along with returned shipping costs and will be deducted from the refund. After fees are deducted a refund may be issued. Do not return your item until you contact PJS.
Return requests must be made within "24 hours" of receipt of your order either by e-mail or phone. Do not return your item until you contact PJS. If you choose to return your item it will be at the discretion of the supplier and PJS to issue a refund. You will be responsible for shipping fee to return your item. Item must be returned in the same shipping manner as when received (USPS or FedEx). There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Returns must be received within 10 days in the same original packing and packaging material. Item must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged in any way. Sample, custom made and special request order items cannot be returned. Returns which do not meet the conditions as described will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Once the supplier approves the returned item, you will be issued a refund minus the 25% restocking fee. Do not return your item until you contact PJS.

All exchange requests must be made within "24 hours" of receipt of your order either by e-mail or phone. If an exchange is possible you will be responsible for all the shipping fee to return the item to my supplier and back to you. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all exchanges. Exchange of items will be at the discretion of supplier and PJS. If approved for an exchange you are welcome to choose an item is at the same price or higher than the one you are returning. Buyer will be responsible for all restock fees and shipping fees on exchanges. Item must be returned in the same shipping manner as when received (USPS or FedEx). Exchanges must be returned in the original packing and packaging material with in 10 days. Item must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged in any way. Sample, custom made and special request order items cannot be exchanged. Do not return your item until you contact PJS.
Do not return your item until you contact PJS. A supreme effort is made to see that your order is shipped correctly and reaches you safely. If you receive a damaged item you must contact PJS immediately within "24 hours" of receipt of your order. I must have pictures of the damages to the packaging or damages to the item. You must have the original packaging the order was shipped in. The carrier will need to see the packing material to consider a claim. If possible you need to return the damaged item with the original packaging to the supplier. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only. There will be no restocking fee or return shipping fees charges on damaged items. If the same replacement item is not available a refund will be issued if approved. Refund will be issued after supplier inspects your item for damages and approves the refund.
Please Note: No refunds, exchanges or replacements will be given should you choose not to contact PJS within the times noted above "No Exceptions".
Out Of Stock Items:
Although PJS makes every effort to maintain the currency in the inventory and satisfy my customers, occasionally an item may be missed that is out of stock or discontinued due to the size of the inventory. If you order an item(s) that is out of stock or discontinued PJS will stop the order process and contact you. PJS does not process orders until all item(s) are in stock or you give permission to continue with your order minus the out of stock item. PJS will not be held responsible for out of stock or discontinued items.
PJS may/can make improvements and/or changes in the pricing or product descriptions on PJS website at any time. Price, products and availability information in this site is subject to change without notice.
PJS may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. PJS reserve the right to make correction prior to or after accepting your order. Should this happen PJS will contact you to advise of these changes prior to processing your order.
When using this site you agree and understand Plain Jane Stuff store policies. PJS will not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. This includes any misuse of the product(s) used in a manner not in accordance with their intended use. By placing an order on PJS you agree to all store policies.
If you choose not to agree with any of the store policies on PJS, you have the right not to use this site. PJS leaves this choice up to you the customer.
